Data sources

The calculator takes its boundaries from official AQA, OCR and Pearson Edexcel grade-boundary files.

Included exam series

AQA and OCR calculators include the historical series available on each subject page, with June 2026 as the current result boundary. Pearson Edexcel Drama currently includes June 2024–2026. For paper-by-paper analysis, we use June 2026 component boundaries where they map cleanly to the qualification grade scale.

Combined Science keeps the exact 2026 overall boundary without forcing double-award target grades onto single-paper indicators. There was no normal summer exam series in 2020 or 2021. We keep June 2022 separate because Ofqual used transitional grading that year.

Checks applied

The validator checks qualification and component maxima, grade scales, boundary order, missing series and duplicate records. The 2026 paper rows were checked against the official AQA and OCR component tables. Pearson Edexcel Drama uses the published qualification boundary and the weighting stated in its specification.

Check a figure

If a boundary looks wrong, open the linked official file and compare the board, qualification code, entry option, year and grade with the figure shown here.
