What counts as “chaos” here?
The range is the highest percentage minus the lowest across June 2024, 2025 and 2026. “Largest annual move” is the larger absolute difference between adjacent years. Both use percentage points.
Every row must have the same qualification code, entry option and maximum mark for all three series. Three observations describe this short period only. They are not enough to establish how a boundary “normally” behaves. Papers and grading context can still change.
